This 24-hour summit is going to be an AMAZING time for you and your students to go deeper into what it means to be a student leader. It is important in ministry that we as youth worker don't just serve our students, but that we are equipping them to do the ministry right along side of us. As Tim Eldred always says, "Never do for students what they are able to do for themselves."
At this summit, students will get a great overview of student leadership from two different main sessions speakers, enjoy worship together, and then get to hear an overview of eight different topics and then choosing which two they want to go deeper with.

We had such a great time with this first-time event this past year! Be watching for date and locations as we hope to do the second annual marriage retreat for youth workers in early 2014.

From top to bottom we want Open to be a different type of event. We set the table, invite all, and provide a day where the best stuff filters to the top. Why? Because we trust you. Our signature event each year, this overnight retreat is designed to replenish your soul as you join with other youth workers from all over New England. The 48 hours together is light on training and workshops, heavy on free-time, relaxing and networking, along with three sessions of great worship and teaching to encourage and refresh you for your ministry.
